Terms of Use

1. This website is legally owned and maintained by Caerobotics Consultancy Pvt Ltd, a private business registered in India and registered in 2018. 

2. We may launch several sites with domains caerobotics.org, caerobotics.in and more domains attached to our different products, services and platforms, all of which be linked to our primary site.

3. We collect your Email Address, First Name, Last Name, Names of your City/ Village /Town, State, Country, Pin Code, Designation and Organization in most of our forms. This form data is used to communicate with you through emails. The basic flow in the funnel is subscriber --> member --> customer. 

4. The members who opt-in become part of our social media groups on platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn, Slack and Discord. Here we communicate with them directly and organize ourselves into working groups, discussion groups, awareness groups, support groups and learning groups.

5. We work with third-party services that help us organize, interact with our mailing lists, collect payments, host events, courses and social groups,  manufacture or products or parts of them, ship the products or offer after-sales support - and may collect additional cookies. In case of any concern from one of our 3rd party vendors, do inform us on office@caerobotics.org 

6. We absolutely do not share our database or mailing list with our partners. Our partners can have direct access to our customers and members only during our events, inside our social media groups, or through guest blogs. If you come across a case where one of our 3rd party services has used your data to carry out an undesirable communication or transaction, do let us know at office@caerobotics.org 

7. We work with some of our partners to create special knowledge-based content and organize workshops, events and training content. 

8. When requested, we can completely delete your form data and you can 'unsubscribe' from our mailing list at any time. In case of any difficulty, just drop an email at office@caerobotics.org

9. All of our websites and pages have advanced website security measures built in the hosting plan that protect us from fraudulent attacks. If you face any conflict, just drop in an email at office@caerobotics.org

10. We are humans and are bound to make mistakes. We try hard but sometimes there may be mistakes in spelling, grammar, names, mentions and prices. We would deeply appreciate if you bring these to our notice when you observe an obvious mistake. We will be super happy to correct ourselves. Just drop in an email on office@caerobotics.org 

11. We only take responsibility for the content published on our own websites social media channels and groups. We do not take any responsibility for anything written, explained, spoken or shared by our partners, 3rd party vendors, clients, members or guests. We moderate most of our groups quite effectively. If you do come across an incident or content that needs our attention or action, do write to us at office@caerobotics.org. We would deeply appreciate your support in improving the experience of our patrons.

12. Our Partners and Supporters are organizations that have signed MoUs with us for specific programs, events and agendas. We do not necessarily endorse the organizations or all of their products or services or content or policies. If you find something specifically objectionable that we must know about, please let us know on office@caerobotics.org 

13. Most of the images and videos that we use are our own or shared from a 3rd party creative vendor or are available for sharing under a Creative Commons license. If we use an image or video that belongs to an individual or an organization, we ensure that we mention it. If you do notice that we have accidentally missed out either a mention or used multimedia content that we are not supposed to be using, please allow us to make a change and inform about it on office@caerobotics.org 

14. We are beyond conscious about safeguarding the interests of children and young adults. If we ever show a child in our multimedia, it is with permission. We are also super conscious about not sharing any sexually explicit or sensitive content. If you do feel something still needs to be corrected, just email us at office@caerobotics.org 

15. Our websites, blogs, platforms and membership sites are built on trust to encourage open knowledge sharing by our community members, partners and clients. We do not appreciate the misuse of anything written or shared by us. If you do want to seek our permission to reuse whole or part of our content or mention it or link to it, just drop us an email at office@caerobotics.org   

16. We collect payments via secured 3rd party platforms such as PayPal, PayU, RazorPay, PayTM and GooglePay that support collection of payment through Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank Transfer and Direct Cash payments.

18. We are available for any support on office@caerobotics.org and we tend to reply to most of our emails within 12 hours.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from http://www.dronesfordevelopment.com (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We maintain contact lists and classify them in different funnels for improved interaction and service.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with an online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

• Communicate with you;

• Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and

• When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
